Sanctuary at Watermill has been designed so that more than 25% of the homesites back to the federally protected wetlands that are home to local wildlife. Over 13 acres of preserved open space and extensive trails bordering the wetlands will further enhance the homeowner's interaction with nature. Homeowners can witness Blue Heron nesting in areas along the Tomahawk Creek, ducks and swans gliding across the waters, deer, birds, and more.
