New Additions to the Design Studio Make Customer's Experience Even Better

RICHMOND, VA (August 2008) – LifeStyle Builders and Developers, Inc., a Richmond based homebuilder, proudly unveils recent improvements and additions to their Design Studio. The 2600 square foot showroom, opened in the Spring of 2007, will forever be a work in progress as the design team continually searches out new products and services that will enhance the homebuyer’s personalization experience and the final home product.

Every LifeStyle Builders’ homebuyer has the opportunity to personalize their new home from hundreds of interior and exterior selections available in the Design Studio. State-of-the-art displays and vignettes feature the latest design trends in cabinetry, flooring, lighting, faucets and finishes. Most recently, LifeStyle Builders has added Hunter Douglas® blinds as an Available Personal Choice (APC). This is a great addition, not only for the convenience of having blinds professionally installed prior to moving in, but they also provide added insulation and energy efficiency to any home. LifeStyle Builders offers several styles of blinds that are sold per room, so a homebuyer can mix and match to work within whatever budget they may have. Another innovative product now offered at the Design Studio are Electrolux® appliances. Electrolux® is an economical, high-end appliance line that bridges the cost gap between the well known Whirlpool® offerings (an included feature in every LifeStyle Builders home) and luxury suppliers such as Viking®. One APC that homebuyers have found particularly valuable is LifeStyle’s ability to offer custom painting. The benefit of having a room painted and ready for move-in has been well received by new homeowners. And finally, several of the showroom vignettes have been completely renovated to feature three brand new tile lines not previously offered at the Design Studio. These new tile collections offer a myriad of colors and textures from which to choose, so homebuyers are sure to find what they need to create a personal space that fits their individual style and taste.
