This Sunday, May 8, we will be hosting a Grand Opening at our new decorated model home in Harper’s Mill. Come out and see this fabulous new floor plan – the “Bronte.” The craftsman exterior includes open rafter framing at the front porch, stone veneer, and a variety of siding materials. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and huge island, and is open to the Family Room. There is a first floor guest bedroom with a full bathroom. Take in the huge master suite and master bathroom, that includes 2 large walk-in-closets.

LifeStyle Builders & Developers has won 2 awards at the national level from NAHB’s Sales & Marketing Council. Theses awards recognize the year’s “Best in Sales & Marketing – Honoring Ingenuity, Foresight and Commitment.”

Our company has won these awards at the regional level, designated as “silver” award winners. The gold awards will be announced at the International Builders Show on January 12, 2011 in Orlando, Florida. The gold award winners will come from the current group of silver regional winners.

We won these awards in two very different categories. For the category “Building Industry Community Spirit Award for Humanity”, we were honored for our efforts during the 2010 Homearama, when we were able to raise and donate over $70,000 to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Richmond.

Lifestyle Builders and Friends present donation to the Children's Hospital Foundation

Our home in Patriot’s Landing, built for the Homearama show, generated over $70,000 in donation funds to be given to Children’s Hospital Foundation of Richmond. We celebrated this contribution on Saturday, September 25 with a Block Party and the check presentation.

While the check comes from LifeStyle Builders & Developers, Inc., the contributions came from numerous contractors and suppliers – independent businesses who comprise our team. Without them, the donation would have been much smaller. From the beginning of this project, all the way through its completion, we found that our team of trade partners and vendors were overwhelmingly generous. They gave their time, creativity, materials and labor at significantly reduced prices in order to minimize the cost of the home and maximize the amount of the donation.
