Lloyd Poe, LifeStyle's founder and owner, has been actively building homes for over 25 years and is a Class "A" contractor licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He holds a Real Estate Brokers license, is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and is a past president of the local Home Builders Association of Richmond. An active board member of the Sales and Marketing Council, Lloyd is often called upon to speak, teach and judge as a recognized homebuilding professional.

Kevin McNulty, LifeStyle's President, has been building homes since 1996, and has experience in both North Carolina and Virginia. He is qualified as a Class "A" contractor in Virginia, and holds a Real Estate Salesperson's license. Kevin serves as the President of the Home Building Association of Richmond for 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
