Start with one of our award-winning home plans and make changes that match YOUR lifestyle. We will help you to make custom modifications to both the elevations and floorplans. From moving walls, increasing square footage, adding bathrooms to anything you can dream all modifications are possible within our existing plan portfolio.
YOUR DESIGN.
Have a plan that you have seen in a magazine or visited in another location that is perfect for you? Bring it to us and let's use that as a starting point. While we will not copy another plan, we can often buy the plan or take the most important features and add it to one of our existing plans. Our customers always give us the best ideas!
OUR HOMESITE.
We own lots in some of Richmond's best neighborhoods and also have the ability to buy in many more locations. If you want us to buy a lot we don't already own, we can usually accommodate that request. Talk to us about where you want to live.
YOUR LAND.
In many cases, you already own the land that will become your future homesite. Bring us a plat or survey of the property and we will be glad to price any home of your choosing. We can also help you buy the land as part of our building process. It all starts with the land and we can help. Let us walk the property together and we can soon get you a price to build your home.
REMODELING.
Like your current location but need the house updated? We do medium and large scale remodeling projects as well. It can be as small as a new kitchen or as significant as a complete whole-house makeover. Or, we can do an extensive cosmetic makeover insuring your existing home will sell at the highest price.
